Today's passage from the Bible In a Year Reading Plan is Ecclesiastes 4-6, Romans 5

Romans 5:6 and 7 says, "You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die." Here Paul puts what God did for us, by dying a cross into perspective. He died for the ungodly, and unrighteous, when we won't die for even the most righteous, we find it easier to live our lives for us, but won't give our lives to God. This week I will seek to live more for God, because he is the most righteous, and I am the unrighteous, but he died for me.
