Today's passage from the Bible In a Year Reading Plan is Jeremiah 19-21, John 4
John 4: 50-53
“Go,” Jesus replied, “your son will live.” The man took Jesus at his word and departed. [51]While he was still on the way, his servants met him with the news that his boy was living. [52] When he inquired as to the time when his son got better, they said to him, “Yesterday, at one in the afternoon, the fever left him.” [53] Then the father realized that this was the exact time at which Jesus had said to him, “Your son will live.” So he and his whole household believed.

I found this miracle by Jesus to have a second part to it, that confirmed it and made it even more real.
This father asked Jesus to heal his son, and Jesus did. On the father's way back to his son he inquired about when the healing of his son took place and it was confirmed that it happened exactly when Jesus had said so - the day before.
The stories we read in the Bible are true and really happened. All the more reason to praise God and want to grow in our faith!
